Lovely pic! Your daughter is a beautiful little girl. Love her expression and body language.

I just curated a show of recent Kansas City Art Institute graduates work. It was way more demanding than doing a show of my own work. So much people coordination.

Happy school year to you. I’ll miss your weekly postings.

Great! So happy to hear you are helping people express their art – I bet it was a huge amount of work in a small amount of time, but well worth it I hope!

  2. Ruth says:

    Magnificent feast for the eyes

  3. Aunt Celeste says:

Love the shrug and flowing hair! Wish I’d been there on such a beautiful day.

  4. Obaachan says:

Beautiful! “The chill in the air” is a welcoming scene on the hot humid day here in NY.

  5. Joyce says:

What a beautiful photo! Did you get some of the fog coming in?

  6. Lynn Saville says:

Hi Sam — what a lovely photograph….Karina is so pretty …Don’t you love Portland, Maine? It’s one of my favorite American cities. Happy Labor Day!

The chill is in the air. In 30 minutes this entire pier was white with fog and punctuated with foghorns! Maine really is amazing for its changeable weather. This is one of two small lighthouses on piers overlooking the Portland harbor, both a nice visit along the Cape Elizabeth coast.
