too too precious AND it was such a touch to my
heart because I can remember one or another of my boys doing exactly the same thing when they were that age & we were living in Manhattan & “cabin fever” set in & I just had to take them out to the park..Oh my! that was 42 or 3 or 4+ years ago so thanks for bringing back such a lovely memory
Perfect photo of the joy of childhood. I remember the joy of snowfall in the blizzard of 1947 in the Bronx. How wonderful was the taste of snow.
What a happy picture! It brought back memories for me too – of Sam’s Granny making me wear a full length coat, scarf and socks to school when the temp dropped below 70 in Tampa, FL! Thank goodness Karina has had these opportunities to PLAY in the snow, though I’m sure you’d prefer a lesser amount than you’ve been graced with this season!
Winter came at us again and again this season… Finally I had to try and take Karina out for a late afternoon playground jaunt during a snowfall. We had fun, and after seeing a doggy eat snowballs, she wanted to taste the snow too! (Photograph taken in March 2015).
