Burning Man has a huge contingent of fire poi dancers. This skill is based on traditional Maori New Zealand Poi juggling, and is practiced every night at different venues at burningman.
In this case she is dancing with fire poi to the beat of a nearby drum circle and there is some central bonfire that was once a piece of artwork, ritually burned by it's creator.
