There is a large community of stiltwalkers at Burning Man each year.
This one is wearing cool 'goat-style' flexible stilts that allow for hopping or jumping off the added spring in the step from the flexible springy design, but these stilts requires balancing on a 'hoof' that is different from 'normal' stilts.
