This woman was flying a kite when I asked her if I could photograph her excellent costumery. She looks comfortable and yet heavily clothed for a hot day in the summer. I was impressed.
This exemplifies the 'personal' costume where someone thoughtfully puts together a coherent costume they would not wear otherwise. These types of costume really add to the experience at burningman.
